Return & Refund Policy
At mykoreamall, we are dedicated to delivering authentic Korean products in perfect condition. We understand that international shipping can be tricky, so we have established clear guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Returns & Exchanges (Defective or Wrong Items)
Did you receive the wrong item or a defective product? We sincerely apologize! We will resolve this for you immediately at no extra cost.

Eligibility: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

What We Cover: We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement if the error is ours (e.g., incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect).

Your Order Number (e.g., #1234).

Photos/Video of the damaged item.

A photo of the shipping label on the package.

2. Change of Mind Returns
Since we ship internationally from South Korea, return shipping fees can be very high. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" (e.g., you no longer want the item).

Exception: If you still wish to return an unopened package you may do so within 30 days. However, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to South Korea.

Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price excluding the original shipping fee.
3. Order Cancellation
Changed your mind after placing an order?

Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you.

Note: A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable PayPal/Payment transaction fees.

After Shipping: Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow the "Change of Mind" return process.

4. Cosmetic Damage & Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items (bubble wrap, sturdy boxes).

Outer Box: Please note that the outer case/box is for protecting the goods. Minor scratches, stains, or dents on the outer package caused during the delivery process are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Serious Damage: If the actual product inside is damaged, please contact us with photos.
5. Lost Packages
We strongly recommend selecting Tracked Shipping (Registered Airmail or EMS).

With Tracking: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (no updates for over a month), we will help you file a claim or issue a refund/replacement.

Without Tracking: If you choose a shipping method without tracking, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
