🛒 Products & Authenticity
1. Are your products 100% authentic? Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fakes. All our items—from K-Drama DVDs to K-Pop merchandise—are sourced directly from official distributors and verified suppliers in South Korea. You are getting the real deal.
2. I’m looking for a rare "Out-of-Print" (OOP) DVD. Do you really have it in stock? Yes. Unlike many proxy sites that list items they don't have, we physically own our inventory. Our team specializes in hunting down rare, sold-out, and limited-edition items. If it’s listed as "In Stock" on our site, it’s in our warehouse and ready to ship.
3. Will Korean DVDs/Blu-rays play on my player in the USA? (Region Codes) Please check your player before purchasing!

DVDs: Korea is Region 3. The USA is Region 1. You will need a "Code Free" (All Region) player to watch them.

Blu-rays: Korea is Region A, which is the same as the USA. Most Korean Blu-rays will play perfectly on standard US players.
4. I can't find a specific item on your site. Can you find it for me? Yes, we can! If you are looking for a specific K-Drama box set or a limited K-Pop album that isn't listed, simply [Contact Us] with the details. We’ll scour the Korean market to find it for you.

5. How long does shipping take to the USA? Once your order is processed (3-5 days handling time), standard shipping to the USA typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and your local postal service (USPS).
6. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. While our biggest community is in the USA, we ship daily to collectors in the UK, Germany, France, Canada, and increasingly to the Middle East.
7. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
The short answer: It depends on what you buy. Please remember that import duties and taxes are NOT included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

K-Pop Merch & Apparel: Be aware that items like clothing, light sticks, and accessories may be subject to import duties (typically estimated around 15~25%).

8. Can I track my package? Yes. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number (starting with 'CP' or 'EM'). You can track it via [17TRACK] or, once it arrives in your country, via your local postal carrier's website (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail).
📦 Orders & Returns
9. What if my item arrives damaged? We pack everything with extra care (lots of bubble wrap!) because we know how important condition is to collectors. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.
10. Can I cancel or change my order? You can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot make changes. Please email us at woogietimothy@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
