Secure and transparent billing is a top priority at mykoreamall. We want you to feel completely safe when purchasing your favorite K-Pop and K-Drama items from us.

Please read our billing terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods for international orders:

  • PayPal: Pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card.

  • Bank Wire Transfer: Direct transfer to our KB Bank account (South Korea).

  • Note: For bank transfers, orders are processed only after the funds have cleared.

2. Payment Security (SSL)

Your payment information is handled with the highest level of security.

  • Encrypted Transactions: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 256-bit encryption to protect your personal and financial data during checkout.

  • No Card Storage: mykoremall does not store or have access to your full credit card number. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (PayPal & Eximbay) that comply with PCI DSS standards.

3. Currency & Pricing

  • Processing Currency: All prices on our site are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Exchange Rates: If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. Your bank or credit card issuer determines this rate.

  • Foreign Transaction Fees: Depending on your bank's policy, you may be subject to a foreign transaction fee for international purchases. mykoreamall has no control over these bank fees.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Immediate Charge: Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at the time you place your order.

  • Order Receipt: Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at woogietimothy@gmail.com.

5. Billing Disputes & Errors

If you see a charge on your statement that you do not recognize, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank.

  • Statement Descriptor: Charges may appear on your statement as "mykoreamall".

  • Resolution: We can usually resolve billing errors or issue refunds much faster than the bank's dispute process.

6. Taxes and Duties

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are billed directly by your local customs office or courier.
